AND MORAL!!! Its really begs the question if it's true the reincarnation is just a long or short process of knocking the memories out of a soul creating the affect of AMNESIA and being reborn as a new person all together.
With this guy it feels as though he's been reborn in the same body again with a different shape to his soul.
If you were aware that a serial killer was reborn again with no memories of his crimes and he transfirmed into someone kind instead would you be able to treat him differently or the same?
