nobody asked for this but i personally wanted to share what irked me about this situation. (keep in mind these are my opinions and that they are /not/ facts.)
i'm not annoyed about the fact that the translation team decided to drop this series, i totally get that. they're doing this for free and they're putting their time, skills, energy & overall enthusiasm into these projects & if they're not feeling it, who am i to judge? if they don't enjoy it anymore, then they don't.
i'm not annoyed that they added the chapter summary b/c they bolded that they were giving a chapter summary and if one really didn't want to be spoiled by the content, they could've scrolled past that and ignored it.
what i AM annoyed w/ is their attitude towards the project. again, they are totally allowed to dislike a project, but to bash it at the end was just very insensitive & rude imo. i dont know if it's confirmed but i saw comments saying that this was the mangaka's first series & if so, that feels very disappointing to see. i've seen other translation teams drop series before & not once have i ever seen them slander a project like this. i've seen them either ghost on the series or say a simple 'im dropping the series' but to continue w/ that attitude seemed rly harsh to me.
