
i lowkey wish i can just cast out "impurities" just like that instead of dieting for 5 whole months and not having much improvement :'(
maybe there's something wrong w my diet but :')))

here is a tip; you need to both have a good diet and exercise. without both you wont be able to lose weight; and it cant be temporary its going to be a life style if you want long lasting results. having cheat days arent bad but having too many will keep you from losing weight! or well, these are all things that are helping me. if youre already doing all of these it could be your diet but its more likely your body. the bigger you are the more weight its easy to lose; the skinnier you are the harder it is.
