Everyone might complain that the uke picked the wrong decision, which he did but the logic and reasoning is there! People clearly forgot the knife to the gut the seme gave him at the end of ss1…. I think that stab actually finalizes his decision on not reporting his “mother”, thinking he somewhat payed back her crime whereas she only had 3 months to live so all is well. 10 days coma (still in dazed) + waking up heard everything ended with the perpetrator/victim running away + the brother suggest a “start a fresh life” option = his decision.
Keep in mind that the talk with his mother is in the same night and the talk with his brother about what is the best approach to someone who obsessed with you is recently, I can see why he got frustrated coming home to his house being trashed with someone trying to commit suicide to force him for answer on topics that he was still indecisive. This must be why he blurted out he doesn’t care anymore because at the end of the day, he is still a human, having flaws and making mistakes.
The only horrible thing is that the uke still looked at the seme as a kid, so only the bare communication attempts was made. Considering how the uke didn’t report the seme arson, I would assume the same logic was applied to how he thinks he can help the seme without having him going to jail with therapy involved. Bad idea but anyway. Hope we will have a closure on ss2, with the starter of the “mother” being punished severely before the foreshadowing rape in chapter 1 happening………

omg right? it’s always on not-so-popular stuff that half this site grows a moral compass. like, i also think they’re weird for that, but calm down?? they’re making it seem a whole lot worse than it is. that aside though, i’m in total agreement omfg i started seething the moment i saw shae with glasses, i just knew his sister was here to fuck it all up TT like, everything is going accordingly, keep your grubby hands away from the plot, yuriel is happy and in love WITHOUT YOU LMAOO

it’s not wrong to have morals? when did I say that? i personally have morals too. i also used to be very vocal about my morals. i still avoid reading things with rape and questionable behavior, and i certainly don’t enjoy comics that have behavior like that. that said, although i agree that the older users on this site read smaller comics, i think it’s ridiculous that ppl will act better than thou on comics like this, then turn around and stay quiet and still read more questionable comics. furthermore, protest on an illegal site won’t achieve anything bc we are all reading illegally (immorally as well). i also think the male leads are weird, but i also understand that with all the shit and garbage on this site, this comic is not the worst thing to grace this site or world. if people don’t want to read this comic because of the implied and referenced non-consensual events, that’s fine? i just find it kinda funny that everyone is complaining about the contents but still read the entire thing TT i acknowledge the events are horrible, but i’m not hypocritically continue to read this comic and then complain about it. i respect the people that really have stopped reading (aka only reference the initial event bc that’s where they dropped it) or the people that acknowledge that the actions were disturbing but they’re going to continue the story. this is like all the comments on the nasty and trending ecchi and josei on the front page— people reference events on like chapter 50 of those things while calling it nasty… this feels the same.
