I'm enjoying the story so fucking much, but I wanted to know if the father in the previous story loved the protagonist too, and I wanted to see how he reacted to her death.

Tbh i think he actually gave her a knife not to ask her to go suicide but to just defend herself. Also i think the crown prince that was supposed to punish her actually wanted to rescue her since her dad is his teacher. She just misunderstood everything and go suicide instead of trusting her dad who wanted to get her out

yea, pretty sure he did but poor Juvellian didn't realize the truth even in the end so she ended up killing herself.
i think there's supposed to be some conspiracy with the king or emperor or whatevs threatening Juv's life to keep her father in check, which is why her dad pretended he didn't care about her, also he's a bit emotionally awkward as well which doesn't help. i think the king/emperor was also the one responsible for her mother's death as well.
i could be wrong about all this theory but i feel like something like that is going on in this story.
Reading this story I realized how much I abhor Fl's brother, him after realizing his disgusting feelings for the girl who considers him her brother, he wants to take advantage???? I'm sorry for fl, she will suffer a lot if the author doesn't romanticize, And I hope it happens unfortunately, better than another story that romanticizes something that wouldn't happen in real life
