The book is useless and older than hell. Some stuff is just plain wrong and would never work, other stuff so outdated it's pointless. Being around people wears me out. I can last longer in smaller groupings with people I like and feel liked by, but even then I REQUIRE time alone to recharge. The more run down I am by interactions with others the more I pray for a fast zombie apocalypse.
