I'm really liking Vercion's oppressive brand of love. I don't know why, but characters like this are always my favorite. He kinda reminds me of Mujin from Sura's Lover.

I wasn't saying it doesn't make sense. That being said, now that you've got me thinking about it... it kind of doesn't make sense. He literally thinks Sunwon is a god, his lord and savior, so why wouldn't he at the very least be a little more gentle? I get that he's jealous, but it's weird for him to out of nowhere treat Sunwon so roughly.

No, alot of people in religion have a toxic relationship with their beliefs and God so it makes sense as to why he didnt understand why Sunwon would be hurt or effected at all emotionally at what he did since Vercion doesn't actually view Sunwon as a person with feelings, as far as Vercion is concerned Sunwon thinks human emotions and relationships are insignificant because hes a god IN a human vessle not an actual human. Yeah it'd be more logical to treat your God kindly ofc but Vercion did what he thought Sunwon would want which is "that" type of "worship" bc he was getting it from someone else (not an excuse for r@pe btw just explaining thought process). Hes only just now realizing in the recent chapter he emotionally damaged Sunwon

Holy fuck, this is amazing so far!! I love the story and the art style! I really dislike the isekai concept in anime, but when it's used as a plot device in BL, I can't get enough of it.
Side note, I really hate when uploaders insert memes at the end of almost every chapter. That shit is so annoying.

That seems like an awful drug. Why the fuck would anyone take that?? It makes you cold, gives you shortness of breath, and makes you hallucinate. Seems more like a drug withdrawal than a high. And $800 is INSANE for a drug that basically turns you into a junkie with minimal reward. NO drug costs that much, wtf!
Side note, I notice this a lot - in anime and manga/manhwa where drugs are shown or mentioned, it's always blatantly obvious that the author has never done or been exposed to drugs. Which is a good thing, but I wish they'd do more research on drugs before writing about them, because when their drug knowledge is based off of what they see in movies/read in comics, then you end up with insane shit like this.
Yeah, it's a weird thing for me to focus on, but it feels like lazy writing in a story that's made me have to suspend my disbelief on quite a few occasions. That being said, I do still really like it thus far. Reading it on tappytoon because I felt bad, having read 3 other stories by this author for free.

As I writer I totally agree with you on the first hand knowledge part. I never try to write about things I haven't either experienced first hand or done WAY too much research on. Other writers don't agree, but it's something that you can most definitely take you out of the story. Like K3 being known as "Kill 3", where you get weird hallucinations, but kinda makes you horny, but also cold and hellish, and ppl are all addicted to this drug because it's so...horrible? Ngl, that was sus.

No cos I don't want to get a caught up on random things but I thought this too, not necessarily the price but how there was nothing to gain from actually taking the drug like why would someone take something that would make them hallucinate and fear for their life. And yes I do think that authors do not know what drugs do if they're writing like this because I'm just so confused by the interpretation of a substance like this.

For the longest time I wrote mostly from personal experience, but recently I've been getting into more fiction and having fun with it. I love creating worlds and in depth characters. It's fun to let them tell me what they wanna do, and when I'm writing sometimes 6 hours will go by without even noticing!
How about you, what do you write?
The translation was a bit off this chapter. It was kinda hard to understand what was going on. Hopefully it's just a one time thing because every chapter before this one has been awesome.
