In the previous chapter before this one, Jeoh wanted to prove to Seong-ruk that he can manipulate men as he pleases after Seong-ruk told him he didn’t think he could seduce anybody successfully when discussing the plan for the next target. So he came up with the idea of using the camera that he saw in Seong-ruk’s tool box, to record himself seducing the blondie live, for Seong-ruk to watch in the other room.
