I thought the story was moving towards a good ending with granny leading a healthy life at the nursing home, ML falling in love with MC again, them studying together etc.
But now we get this. Man this is just too depressing.
People are wondering about the sudden change, I feel like the ML did something to MC while he was asleep. That strange dream MC was having and changed clothes are all too suspicious.
ML is probably moving to a hotel cuz he's guilty about jumping MC in his sleep and wants to cool off his emotions. I'm just guessing tho

I mean it's pretty obvious that the ML is an egocentric guy. So it's not like he's jealous cause he likes MC. So I don't think it's weird for the MC to think that. ML being a jerk and a condescending prick doesn't really help his character.
