Was that really the end? Its like there's something missing or something like its an open end like maybe died. Either he died of an illness which is impossible since he said he wasn't sick, then maybe on his last day or digit he got into an accident. I think he can't just die cuz he wasn't sick but accidents happen so that can be. They may live together and the seme having longer life IF he get through the accident.
