Hey, I just want to say: I know how you feel. And I can just tell you some things I do to distract myself from cutting or thinking bad things. I wrote down a lot of small sticky notes and put them on my desk on my door just anywhere in my room with positive things. I did that so wherever I look i see those sticky notes and read what’s on them. As......   1 reply
