Can someone give me a small explanation as to what is happening and why is all for one looking like that
All Might's using a mecha suit that's copying the quirks of all the students from class 1A to slow down AFO and Shigaraki's reunion.
To slow down AFO All Might has to basically beat his ass so much that the rewind quirk (Eri's quirk that AFO now has) has to rewind constantly to heal him. In the process making him younger and younger.
Now Stain is dead and All Might is crippled. I hope this is enough of an explanation, and that I didn't get anything mixed up.

They already found the person who stole the ink, and that Theon is related to the situation. We also, see a bit of Victor's back story but it's still unclear.
