I've read the novel, so if anyone has something they'd like to know, feel free to ask.

Funnily enough, the other guys accept him before she does. They basically promise to help him win her over if he can help them get her back. If I remember correctly, their official mating happens when they are at shenmu village. The people that have a connection to plants.
The lotus never becomes human. She gets a magic bracelet that can store various awakened plants and the lotus is either in one of the beads or just hangs out around her.

You read the novel too!!! It was really good, i enjoyed most of it, there were some weird parts tho. Like the whole dragon thing. Like is she going to get with the dragon bro isn’t he like three years old. I know he has the mental age of like 3000 generations or something but he’s three years old. I know his body is an adult too, but I don’t know I find that weird. I didn’t finish because i started reading something else and then never got back to it I think I left off on chapter 803. I’ve been thinking of picking it up again, but I’m scared that it’s gonna have a bad ending.

No bad ending. Honestly most novels like these usually get a tied up with a little bow all happily ever after. Not sure if you actually want the spoiler or not, don't read the rest if you dont.

She doesn't(?) end up with the dragon. At least not as far as the novel goes. He basically desides to explore the world a bit and gain more experience because she keeps pushing amd saying he's too young. There is the potential that she could except him in the future but that's all just hypothetical.

She does. The four wolf pups, then two tiger cubs, then a chick, then a snake. As far as I know Xiao Ba (the system) is always around because they regard each other as family and try everything to make sure that nothing happens to each other. Though if I remember right, Xiao Ba ends up with his own little body.

They aren't actually blood related and they didn't know eachother growing up so there are no familial relationships or grooming. Male lead's stepsister had a secret child and only brings him back after he's an adult.
So it's only considered incest if you care about like...marriage certificates? Idk the whole family doesn't care for each other at all anyway, so they might as well be just two individuals that met.

I understand the first season was pretty and it's disappointing for it to change but after looking at all these comments I was fully expecting it to be horrible or something. The art isn't even bad, it's just a different style and not as detailed. Sure, it's not as pretty but did it absolutely ruin the story for me? No.
For those just coming here and checking the comments, it's still totally worth the read. Yes the art is very different but if you're expecting it, it's not so hard to get used to.
There's no reason to go off so hard on the new artist. Something could have happened to the first one, there may have been personal differences, or they may not have been able to continue to afford the first artist. Who knows. But the art isn't bad on it's own. People are just comparing it so much to the original.

I can't help but wonder as to the fate of our main characters, knowing that her father and husband are no longer going to age. Are they just going to have to watch Juvelian grow old, as well as their children/grandchildren and future generations? It always feels bitter sweet when not everyone in a story is immortal and it isn't addressed.

She didn't look like she aged or crew old during her scenes as a mom. So maybe she's Immortal too? But then won't her kids grow old on her? This is quite the conundrum and you bring up a really good point. Also where's the epilogue so we can see the dad with the kids? He should have scenes of him being a grandfather! I'm going to fight
The premise of this story and everything going on made things very complicated as far as the main characters relationship was concerned. It would have been really easy to fumble it and have things turn out kinda hinky and weird. So, major props to them for toeing that line so beautifully it looked like a dance. The whole thing was so wholesome and just kinda kept the weird away. I was honestly wondering how it could be handled with how things were, and I wasn't disappointed, surprisingly.
