what i got from reading the raws up to chap 22 was that

he somehow imprinted on him. And they will have a talk later on, the alpha’s sister asks the omega to please help her brother. Because he has health issues due to this. He refuses, plainly (well deserved!) and the talk and the alpha half heartedly apologized for telling him to undergo an abortion. The omega realizes that they dont know he never aborted/is an omega, so he’s affirmative and he doesn’t tell the alpha that he didnt abort or that he was the one to give birth. So there is a lot of upcoming drama, but the talks and the problems come later xD for now it’s just misunderstandings and misunderstandings only.
