It was a bit confusing with the uncle's love (so they have a child, but where, and the woman wasn't after the money after all?) and the grandpa's love (he said Mitsuki was the name of his love, but it was our Mitsuki or an other?) so yeah, I have some question, but overall it was a cute story with beautiful art style.
The uncle probably did die from over work but that was most likely because he wanted his family to live comfortably and yes she wasn’t after his money sousukes family is just up right to “outsiders “ so they just jumped to the conclusion of her being after his money and as for the granpa yes it was another mitsuki same for the one his uncle and mother met I’m guessing after he fulfilled their wish he gets reborn so granpa left that mitsuki with sousuke and I think because sousuke still liked mitsuki and mitsuki still remembered and loved sousuke even after getting reborn now they gone be together like granpa was with his mitsuki which was obviously a long time

I don't know about you, but I always feel uneasy when Mr. Han appear, and not just because I know that he's a "bad guy". Even now, it was a hot scene, I admit, and Param didn't oppose so it could be say that it was consensual but I can't help but cringe all the way.
At first I didn't like Hwi but now I hope he will save Param from Mr. Han's hands and he will be a gentle, good seme for my baby boy. ╮(￣▽￣)╭

Because he was hurt and wanted to forget. Not to mention it's been what, 9 years? Thats a longer time than people realize.
I also wonder if he didn't actually get physically hurt since it mentioned him slipping before and later it mentioned he was having seizures.
i agree with the other comment. from dohyun's pov of the flashbacks its clear he only managed to remember the good memories from his past (well humans tend to forget hurtful memories) and sungho left him and said something to him ("its nasty") when he thought the relationship he had with sungho was going well (cuz dohyun did love him). this hurt dohyun (i dont quite remember but dohyun said something abt sungho being like everyone else, was never there for him and would eventually leave him) so thats why it became a bitter memory for him and made him unable to remember
