this whole plotpoint reminds me of shi wudu and his younger brother that he switched fates with the fortunate other person that had the same birthday.
Because his whole life he had bad karma ig so he had to cosplay as a girl, to reverse this he made a deal with the gods and exchange it with somebody else. catch was they had to be the same age and have the same birthday.
like that fits these two so much, mc(Nam Woo-ri) was protected inside by his parents and not even let out for kindergarden or anything and then suddenly they introduce ml(Shin Su-bin) into his life. his grandmother saying he had to have the ring with him all the time, maybe there was ml hair inside/blood idk.
