Like, A falls in love with B in high school and keeps loving him even after reaching adulthood, where they finally get together. Sometimes these kind of stories have the MCs going their separate ways after high school or have them continue being friends— I accept both of that.

    yeah shounen ai usually doesn't have any explicit scenes, characters can have sex, but you don't really see the explicit parts (i.e. Given). If it has smut then it's wrongly categorized lol
