The only thing that these translators requested is to not link to them directly (or mention their name) on public forums. They actually appreciate it more when more people read their translations, and the only thing they don't want is to be reported and taken down, hence the precautions.
So now, did I actually share their links? Did I tell anyone publicly their site and/or identity? No. So did I actually disrespect their wishes (as per your words)? Of course, no. The only one who made an issue about this is you.
So what did I actually do? Did I try to show off? Or perhaps, I low-key said that there are actually available translated chapters for fans to enjoy because a lot thought that translated chapters are only until chap21? The art is amazing as expected from the mangaka. I have to say that I'm very disappointed with the story though.
I mean, the uke seems to have a traumatic past with gays and I was hoping that it would have been explored first before he jumped into doing perverted stuff. It was a total 180 that I can't make sense of. I mean, he had his cock jacked off by a gay guy (because he was cornered) then suddenly he becomes infatuated with the guy? (Take note that he was scared as fuck when the fat guy touched his legs 1 chapter prior.)
Normally, he should be disgusted first or at least have some internal conflict going on. But noo.. the mangaka skipped that part and the uke became a jealous tsundere out of the blue right after. Next thing we know he is tied up and ready to take it up his ass without any resistance despite that he really has no other reason to do it. That's a missed opportunity for some drama right there.
And then there's the seme. I don't like his personality, but what I dislike more is his two-dimensional character. In 6 chapters, you should at least expect some insight to his feelings, especially since the story revolves around his schemes. What we get instead in chapter 6 is a rehash of what he said in chapter 2. No development whatsoever.
I really treasure one of the mangaka's work (Hidoku Shinaide), and since that one had a bad start, I'm hoping it's the same for this one. Bad start but gets better later. For now, I'll rate this as 1/5 (and I'm usually generous with my 5's).
I agree with most of what you wrote, espacially the jump from beeing afraid of everything gay to wanting a dick up his ass... It feels to me as if a whole part of the story is missing, or maybe just not well thought out?

English translations for manhua have been scarce on this site for weeks because some salty bitch on Twitter went on a holy-than-thou moral crusade against Punching Rice for unofficially translating a series you could buy in english for cash off Lezhin.

The problem is that only 25% or less of us actually have bank accounts, which is why the demand for unofficial translations existed. Some of the Lezhin chapters will eventually go free...in over a year's time.

So there's always this feeling of something missing whenever I read Ichikawa Kei's works. I always feel unsatisfied and I don't enjoy the story as much. Is it the art? I am not sure... I just don't like her works that much. Can't grasp what is it actually. I think I used to like Slow Starter though, so maybe I'm just growing out of her style...

Although i love her art, her art is top and shes so cute (i stalk her on twitter) i really really dont enjoy the stories.Like there is no plot only fap material. But not all her stories are that bad Michiru Heya is amazing but has deep plot. But even in that story that i enjoyed gave me these feelings. On the other hand i love Ichikawa Keis stories.
