No - it's me who misunderstood - I thought you were asking about the image - not the chapter. Gay in Denial story - have you read Koisuru Boukun? (aka The Tyrant Who Fell In Love - he denies he is gay and is in fact homophobic for a while) There is also Okane ga Nai - the uke denies his attraction too.
