Now since both wasn’t really of sound mind during this since the commander cycle also happened to be near they technically did it without any agreement… now Yuder is not really aware about the situation of their relationship and he thinks of them only as bed partners, I don’t think he knows we was marked and does not recognize what the commander implied, so like all the flirting and attempts to better their relationship to a more romantic rather than using watching other one by the commander all missed because Yuder only see it as an accident, and thinks the commander only stays with him cause of guilt, at least that’s how I interpreted it..
