(Spoiler alert) so I read somewhere dat the second ml chooses to protect the girl he likes(?) Over our MC and that leads the MC(fl?) To be tourcherd(how do u spell it lol) and that leaves a scar on her face... This is a worse version of this(I think they will definitely change this plot): the mc gets gangbang(yes gangbanged ) and gets preggy and same goes for the villianess (I think).. All the ppl in the comments were saying that this is too extreme for a shoujo manga and I agree.. But remember I might be totally wrong..
