apparently there are two other prequels before the sequel that haven't been translated yet. the sequel is somewhat confusing cause their our new characters that were probably introduced in the other two prequels.
prequel: Nemurenai Koibito
prequel: Kusuriyubi ga Shitter
hopefully they get translated.
