I still think he’s not a red flag and in fact it shows that he’s been honest so far. I think the phrase “you don’t understand how much I like you” after the kiss and going for another, can entail that even with the side effects of nausea he likes him to keep kissing. This is under the assumption that the vomiting isn’t of his volition. Something out of his control, whether the body before memory loss is rejecting or bc he’s actually undead. His character seems very simple in the sense he does what he likes and doesn’t what dislikes. So going for a kiss he doesn’t seem to like (prob due to the after effects) shows he really likes our boy. I don’t see him being a master manipulator, for now these are my assumptions
