The noble is the one who requesting the labyrinth treasure which is a teddy bear he wrap in previous episode.. and the child he helped is just an adventure he want to invested.. that's what i can tell from the stories so far.. and yes with the pulse thing it seems our mc can manipulate (control?) it so he can deceive people
