Sorry but I skipped a lot of chapters in the middle cause it was too frustrating, I cannot give you full summary but for now this is very simple simple description

MC make a impulsive wish in drunk. The phone granted his wish. MC regret making the wish, MC try to fix everything back. Bcs of the wish, MC suspected Chance was getting weird. All the peoples around him are getting influenced by the wish he make that's what he believed. MC getting in messy relationship with ML, the first person he consulted about the wish and the phone that granted his wish. Then a lot of middle parts that I left out, basically involve amnesia, suicide, accidents, coma now everyone know MC make a wish.
Recent chapters that I read, ML try to persuade MC to stop with his obsession with the wish and him trying to fix things when he actually didn't fix anything and only make it worse bcs of his impulsiveness. MC get mad. ML then try to reason MC, he fells in love with MC so he wished MC stop with this dangerous obssession that could greatly harm him as he was already in coma once. From this, MC reflected and he actually thinking of stopping from getting the truth and try to fix things. Mc starting to give up cause everyone does not support him. Meanwhile Chance love MC in a twisted way at least that's what I believe, part of it due to the wish, part of it I believed Chance was just holding on to MC desperately as he was the only person in his live rn
Basically a lot of butterfly effects happen due to MC. And it was mostly bad. I'm not saying it's MC's fault, for what it is MC is a victim too by the malicious phone. However, his actions is indeed mostly backfired instead of fixing things
