ewww agiiiinggg grosssss. you're thinking of things in a human perspective. time is different in the eyes of a vampire. age is a trivial matter to them, especially when the vampires in this story can gift humans (kin) the ability to be ageless.

am exactly comparing vampires to human standards the age gap between them which i find interesting to compare, there's not much difference to humans and vampires except that vampire possesses superior senses and able to live an endless life but they rely on humans ,to vampires age might be trivial yes but considering humans, the difference in experience and that a human can easily taken advantage of by a vampire is comparable to an old man hitting on a fairly young person which creeps me out a bit, well i guess vampires are pretty predatory by nature lol they literally prey on human blood

yeah i know you're comparing it to human standards and i'm telling you that's narrow minded because you're not thinking of it in a vampire's perspective. also. the vamprire and kin in this story have a lot more in common if you were paying attention to the story. humans that have become kin have the same thing as vampires: eternal life, control of physical growth, vampire/heightened senses (how else would they understand the assimilation/domination)? the only thing they don't have in common is super strength, and the need for blood because kins provide it. and that's the thing, you're thinking of minhoon and gunchan as normal humans. they're not. not anymore.

minhoon's sorting the whole kin system. that's literally the plot right now. the vampires in this story do not prey on humans like all the other stories out there. they have a blood distribution system fueled by the kins they've taken in. and the thing is, what gunchan and the others have eventually figured out is that kins aren't food sources. they're more like life companions.

my remark wasn't really supposed to be said in the perspective of a vampire and human standards don't really apply to vampires so there's not much to be said guess it's more like a parable tho minhoon and gunchan are still humans but they also have become vampires, they are still adapting about living as a kin so it's kinda not fair to disregard kins as human just because they aren't "normal" humans anymore since they're still both human and a vampire, the dad is still pretty shitty tho i can't ship him with gunchan but it's a pretty interesting pair

well the underlying issue is the hostage system cant wait to see how minhoon and the others are gonna sort it out, the kin concept is such a pretty refreshing take on vampires and how they operate and minus the angst of i'm gonna outlive my love ones and reinforces maintaining a relationship for a long time practically marriage for eternity lol

dude. the whole point is that both gunchan and minhoon don't share your opinion of the vampires being gross, prickly old men. they don't give a shit about the whole age thing. that's just you. for gunchan, he barely batted an eye when he was thrown into this mess. minhoon had the entire first few chapters of the series to come into terms with the whole vampire thing. and he was like, okay, that's that. i'm gonna be growing old with you, what do we do now? that's why hyungwoo was like ??? insert shocked pikachu face.

i think you misunderstood and went off topic well i also misunderstood what you were trying to say and i have to clarify my dumb comment have nothing to do with the story and i was just comparing things from a different perspective like "dwarves are basically crafty midgets xd" "well actually they are average height for their species if you paid attention to the story" i'm not saying vampires are gross pervert old guys who hits on kids but only if you think about it in that way like that, so like dude i said i was purposely thinking about it by human standards in that way and not as a vampire on purpose because i thought it was kinda funny when i think about it like that lol
