I feel like the reason Jaeha agreed to let him go there is because Jaeha saw that Yujun dislikes his possessiveness (the "you know how much I hate people touching what's mine"). It was right after that line and the cut to Yujun's unhappy face that Jaeha gave in. I think the possessiveness reminds Yujun of that blonde hyung and he doesn't want a repeat of being fully caged and unable to escape.
Though they're both possessive of Yujun, once again, Jaeha at least tries to treat him like a human. Otherwise, Jaeha wouldn't have initially given him a normal job, kept him out the politics, and looked so worried at the end. Blonde hyung literally uses Yujun to do dirty work and other shit.

I kind of want this to be domestic and a green-flag BL, even if they both have twisted, dark pasts. Something like, they were both able to find the good in each other and happiness in an apocalypse.
HOWEVER, knowing this author...I feel like there's going to be drama later that complicates things and makes it kind of toxic or weird. Idk.

Yujun doesn't cry like THAT when he's with Jaeha. Sex with Jaeha is an escape and lately, a choice. Sex with that blonde hyung is just assault.
And yeah, I know that sometimes Jaeha doesn't ask for consent either. From one cage to another, at least Jaeha's cage has a semblance of normalcy and affection (however obsessive it may be).
In chapter 26, Jaeha seemed like he was genuinely checking up on Yujun. Meanwhile, when that blonde hyung 'checked up' on him, it was literally to remind him of his place and past, to coerce and threaten him.
And I think I big detail is that both Jaeha and the blonde hyung have commented and aided in what work Yujun should take part in. Jaeha gave Yujun a normal job at a restaurant. Meanwhile, the blonde hyung said Yujun would be a good "whore." And previously under the blonde hyung's watch, Yujun was doing sexual stuff and killing people.
You tell me which one of them has at least an inch more respect for Yujun.
There's something off about it? Just...something is missing
