So Medea and Deki will have a conflict because of misunderstanding. Since Deki hates his family (except Medea) and wants to run away, he thoughts Medea would want the same. So he pushes her to get married and hides her swordfighting skill, thinking he protects her. But the only thing Medea wants is to be recognized, so she gets mad at him. They make up after they talk it out, and he promises to fix it. But after that he finds out about the family's misdeed and decides to leave, causing Medea to feel betrayed.

So after her father is executed, Medea declares that the duchy's family wealth will be donated to the victim's slavery, and that she'll look for the survivors. But Deki shows up and says he has been taking care of them all along. Then the red-haired priest (I don't know how his name is spelled here, since all names here are spelled differently from my country's webtoon) declares his support for Medea as well. Then when it's time for the noblewoman who both Medea and Eros visited in prison separately to be executed, she decides to take Eros' offer and frames Psyche father, saying that he was involved. Eros, who promised to save her if she does it, kills her on the spot so no one would be able to interrogate her. Meanwhile, Psyche's father is also in coma, poisoned by Eros.
