If the roles were reversed, she went to him asking for marriage because she wants the baby to have a good life and she and the father are good people and the father completely rejects her and his role as the father, would you think the same? Also if he did the opposite and didn't approach her knowing she's carrying his child wouldn't everyone label him a bastard over not taking responsibility? Sure if she doesn't want to get married thats fine, but then come up with another solution if you love the baby rather than rejecting and even denying him as the father cuz remember he has the same rights over the baby as she has. She isn't hinting about the child or coming up with alternatives, she's just running away
Now none of that bullshit because I’m talking about the story. She was heartbroken and wanted to get her mind off of it and got drunk. She had a one night stand and got pregnant with her students uncle. She doesn’t want to get married and she wants to keep her child. I get that depriving the child of a parent is wrong. They can work out some sort of agreement on custody but he keeps pushing it. I’m also talking to the people in the comments who kept saying just marry him already when she barely even knew him just because she was pregnant with his child. I can agree that she’s running away from falling in love with him but can you handle the stress of being pregnant from a one night stand of your students uncle after being heartbroken from your long time crush.
