Not exactly. They thing they are punishing a homo by doing raping him, aka violently abusing him by doing the things he (probably) likes so he is disgusted and scared of it.

That not make sense for me because if you found homosexuality degusting , you can't act like a gay even if you want to punish him...if you act the same it's like you're one too and you just don't accept.

A man raping another man is not "acting like a gay man". In fact, rape is often used as a tool against gay men to inflict horror, shame, and pain. Rape mirrors sex but is not, at its core, a sexual act. It's a violent act that's used to dehumanize the victim, and rapists get turned on by the hopelessness of their victim, not the gender of their victim. So yeah, straight guys can absolutely rape other men.

I understand your explanation but it's very stange to get turn on by a man just because you want to hurt him for fun , if you found it truly disgusting... it' like you repress your true nature by humiliate that person who assumed his homosexuality...if you really hate somothing you won't try it ,so for me it's not make sense at all

Homophobes are gay very often if not always. The worse they talk, the more gay and in denial. Even the ones who say the strongest hateful talk can sometimes be reasoned with and helped to acknowledge their sexual preference, but if everyone says to them the things I see people saying here, the world just gets to be a worse and worse place. Lots of circumstances can lead to homophobia, societal pressures, stigma, family, teachers. It's too bad people don't try to help them before they become violent.
