I'm glad the FL father's scheme was revealed before it went to far. I mean what kind of a parent would sabotage their own child. He is manipulative, controlling and it shows that he is someone who will only be there when the skies are clear but disappears when things get bumpy and a storm is raging.
It really is sad.

As much as I am enjoying the story i find he character of the Wizard quite infuriating. If you want to quit your job at the capital do so by all means but his method integrating himself into the FL life and bringing other people into it.
As well as his statement to the FL for her to not drive them away is UUUUURRRRRRRRGGGGGGHHHHHH!!!!!!!! (╯°Д °)╯╧╧.
It feels manipulative and he is using her kind nature.
