God I really like this MC. The way she plans and reacts to things or how she constantly thinks about her family and her previous life in general.
I'm so used to reading about MCs that transmigrate into a different world and immediately get used to it and turn into this super cunning master manipulators (without even establishing or learning those skills) so seeing how Ash is coping with the reality she found herself in is really refreshing.

Yea i agree but Id like to think that most of those women are just naturally smart or competent, like it is something you eventually develop after working so long in a demanding or competitive workplace in korea.
Also, if I would choose between going back to korea(with no family and overworked) or staying in a world where I can use my wealth and intelligence to succeed, I think i would choose to stay
But yea i also get what you mean, recently theres a lot of new manhwas where it shows that the FL really wants to go back

Wow...and he agreed to that? This whole time I thought our MC somehow forced him to marry her so I was like "Hey let's cut him some slack for him not liking her, he kinda has a right to" but nooo. He saw her at that fucking greenhouse, he probably knew that her mother died and how she was blamed and treated because of that and he still agreed to this fucking offer. What a piece of shit.

"with support from her father he can be more successful and ultimately give her a better life"? You mean how he took away her baby, gave it to a woman he had an affair with, locked her in a room and isolated from any other form of life which later resulted in her death? Ah yeah what a great life he gave her...

About Shibainu, their comment was aggressive and showed that they clearly don't know what preferences or boundaries are but I saw people who in response to them not only did reduce trans people to their genitalia but also implied that they are not allowed in spaces for gay people only because they aren't cis which is transphobic. It's sad to see that in our own community we can't even talk about more nuanced things without one of the sides resorting to being hateful.

I've cried so much reading this but I still think it's not that good.
Where I could relate to Jun (not the cheating/affair) and the part with Mr. Farenheit just broke me I hated how after outing him and driving him to suicide this asshole guy still had something to say (let's not kid ourselves he was the main perpetrator) and then with just one half assed apology forgiven? To top it all off the author (who is a gay man so like?) for some reason tires to convince us that fujoshis are just as oppressed as gay people??? What?
Weirdly I'm not as mad about the pedophilia (the incest was so unnecessary) and please don't get me wrong it's disgusting and in no way I think it's ok but I've seen people say this manga promotes it and it clearly doesn't. I just wish that part with Makoto was done better because pedophilia/grooming/extremely big age gaps are still a huge problem in lgbtq community and addressing it could do some good.
Also I saw some people use fetishization here...GUYS PLEASE LEARN WHAT THE WORD LIKE THAT ACTUALLY MEANS BEFORE USING IT when you misuse it the word loses all it's meaning and then it's harder to call out people who actually do that.
Eeh I mean after the confrontation with Choi Yuri it's clear as day that Dan-I knows how to talk back and defend herself.
Honestly I kind of like this "I don't give a fuck and neither should you" attitude she has, she told her friends multiple times to not defend her and she doesn't seems phased by those people at all. Dan-I is just not a confrontational person but all her friends are so the contrast between their hotheadedness and her calm exterior is even more amplified.
I don't think she's being a pushover (also I'm like 99% sure if any of the male characters had this kind of quiet, "don't bother with the rumors" personality you wouldn't bitch on him as much).
