Its ok. I like the concept but like, idk theres just something off about the plot dialogue and stuff. Like it drags in weird places? The pacing and character interactions just feel out of place.

Why would the emperor feel comfortable leaving Leila with the Empress when he clearly doesn’t trust her? This manhwa had such good potential and an interesting premise, but has so many logical holes that I can’t enjoy reading it.
I agree, and not to mention that he himself isnt immune to leila so the empress could use her against him. And like its been like a decade, how has the empress not at all got an idea to use leila against him or smthg??
Also like, why is he still keeping the empress around? He already said that he doesnt have anymore use for her. Unless he wants to make her give birth to a male heir, but then its been like 15 years at this point so why is she still there if she doesnt provide any kind of use?

Idk, maybe because some (depends on the mechanism and dynamic of the story) ghost don't have that sense of consciousness, they r only driven with certain attachments or resentment that tied them down in the world of living.
This author has a special talent for pissing the reader off. Just explain things clearly to the npcs
