she’s still the same, unfazed. i think it’ll be a little while longer till she gets some good emotional development bc as of chapter 39 they only had 1 “special” moment together but it went back to Yeonwoo being insecure and Haesol being a robot.

Um I don’t think she actually sees him as anything more than a friend yet, but yk they’re the mcs of this comic so I’m sure there should be some development soon ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶

Heyy don’t hate on him! He’s just very introverted and like his anxiety is a hassle for himself. The fact is that he has his hopes up because now he’s dating haesol, so he’s expecting that maybe she likes him enough to date him. His character development is slow and that’s very normal realistically. Not everyone has their character development in a flash. The pace of the story is slow but if you hate it so much then it’s better if you drop it :)

I know I was telling myself that until this is episode, it's too unrealistic for him to not do anything good, at least have him throwing the hammer and do a decent score, the whole thing just pissed me off so much

Totally agree with you Eva! His personality is very timid and it would have been unrealistic for major changes to have happened unless it were an Isekai story....
There are a lot of badass Isekai/reincarnated villainess webtoons now so I think this story is a very welcome change ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶

why is it yuki’s fault? imagine finding out that your boyfriend hugged his ex and you as the current lover just wants to know why but you get shut off with the “none of your business” card. yuki never jumped into conclusions. she even understands the girl (her current situation and everything). don’t blame yuki for this because she fucking tried.

if you asked your bf why he was hugging another girl and he said that it was none of your business how would you react. naruse doesn't need to tell yuki sunohara's whole story he just need to explain that he wasn't doing it to cheat on her. yuki verbally voiced her concerns and he just broke her heart bc of some stupid jeoulsy that he feels towards the guy that has non conceptually kissed/ assaulted his gf.

The fact that yuki literally gave naruse a chance to explain himself says it all. Its yuki who deserves so much better. Why? ill tell you why.
- she opens up to him so many times but have we seen naruse open up? Barely.
- She always try to understand naruse eventho its hurting her bcs she loves him so fucking much
- she always listen to naruse and does whatever he wants just to make him happy
- Naruse would let girls touch him, hug him and all bunch of stuff but when it comes to yuki smiling or laughing w dude, he gets all fired up and jealous and mad.
- she has always. ALWAYS. been the one opening up, saying sorry, and telling everything to naruse. ITS HER WHO'S ACTUALLY MATURING
- she knows shes hurting but she chose to put everyone else's happiness instead of her and thats what i hate abt her. She needs to be selfish sometimes
- Naruse only rlly care abt his happiness and selfish needs not what yuki wants. Yuki has always ALWAYS need to adjust just for naruse and i think thats not right at all.

Hakamada was there for yuki bcs he knows something is bothering her. Atleast he actually helped her distract herself even just for a little but fucking naruse rlly just have to get jealous eventho yuki has reassured him SO MANY TIMES that she doesnt like hakamada. For naruse to just say "its none of ur concern" to yuki is so fucked up. Why? Bcs shes his gf not some random ass stranger. I agree about what naruse said was wrong. He could have framed his words better. But let me point out that yuki also cut him off after he tried to explain it to her. Hakamada ASSAULTED yuki and yes that’s wrong. He forced himself in yuki on multip Occasions and if he still doesn’t back off she should have ignored him. It’s not only hakamada, it was suwa before and then the senpai yuki liked in hs. Naruse too had to put up with all that because he didn’t want to hurt yuki. From time to time naruse has reassured yuki that she is the only one for him and I’m sure she has done so too.

About hakamada being their for yuki??? It’s not because he understands her. It’s because he likes her. If he really understood yuki he would have considered her feelings and not kissed or hugged her when she already had a boyfriend. He should have thought about how bad it could be for their relationship if he pulls that shit. And half of their problems are because of hakamada and misscommunication. Do not tell me that he’s the guy for yuki.

did we read the same story? naruse literally said it’s none of yuki’s business. she said thought that there must be a good reason. the fuck? SHE WANTED TO FUCKING LISTEN. what would you do in that situation, then? smile and think it’s fine? yuki asked a valid question, she just wanted to know what happened. that’s it. she didn’t bombarded him with incriminating questions like a psycho.

Yuki didnt rlly cut him off though. Yuki gave naruse a chance to explain twice. When she said abt the situation abt the ex, naruse shouldve explained it to yuki right away. Suwa just hugged yuki. In japan, hugging someone the opposite sex is like showing that they like them but yuki has never. NEVER. hugged neither of them. Its always them who hugs her but yuki never wanted it nor liked it. She could ignore them but how if shes the manager of their team? Naruse does have to put up w it but so does yuki putting up w girls touching naruse and naruse being jealous over small things. Yuki has to adjust so many times just for naruse but did naruse ever adjust for yuki? yea maybe sometimes but its always yuki who adjust and actually try to meet up w naruse's expectations. What im sayinf abt hakamada is that hakamada knew something was bothering yuki. He knew abt the ex so he tried to atleast make her smile by making up or telling her a story. No. In ch.121 something was bothering yuki and yk who noticed. Hakamada and the friend. Did naruse notice it? No. He didnt. I have never. NEVER. said hakamada is the guy for yuki bcs ik for a fact that hes too obsessed to be w yuki. He's the reason why their relationship is messed up but its not just him. Miscommunication, The ex, and him. Its not just hakamada okay. Hakamada is obsessed w yuki bcs yuki was there for him most of the time. Yuki is always the one adjusting, opening up, and the one to understand everyone. Shes been thru so much. Everything has always been taken from her. Naruse is the only person she actually opens up to and the person who's actually hers. Ofc she would feel anxious that the person who used to be naruse might take naruse away bcs she knows that everything has always been taken away from her. She didn't necessarily chose to push naruse away. Her emotions got to her and thats what made her acted that way. She's also worried abt the ex so i understand why she would do that but it is wrong to end the arguement by not talking it out. But we cant just always try to understand naruse all the time. Naruse make mistakes too and so does yuki but this time its actually yuki who's hurting the most. Atleast try to understand yuki's pov. If ur yuki, how would u react?

nononono he did know she was talking about cause she asked him about it, she did not cut him off she got offended that he, very rudely said it was none of her business, and thirdly she is the manager of the team hakamada is on and she can't just outright ignore him nor does she think that what he has done to her is assault (bc shoujo manga doesn't know what assault/harassment is) also if you go back and read the chapter usami didn't exaggerate anything in fact she downplayed it she told yuki that the hug seemed to be out of consideration not anything else and after yuki heard the story she thought to herself, "this must be a misunderstanding" so yuki was not assuming anything nor was usami at fault for exaggerating anything. the only one who over reacted was naruse after he told her to fuck off and mind her own business she, very rightly, got angry and kicked him out.

If y’all are that offended you should read the next chapter from yukis pov and then come back to me. She thinks that naruse will come and to talk to her even when she is ignoring her like he always does (and she said this word to word). She also gets drunk saying that it won’t be necessary to listen to naruse any more.

I get you here but did you read the chap?? The umbrella thing is because he’s happy that his ex is advancing in her life and is happy now and is adjusting and NO HE DID NOT think about his ex infront of yuki in the gymnasium. Yes he ignored her but he was also hurt by yukis words when she said that he should go and protect his ex. He can’t always be the one to try and reach yuki yk. That aint how relationships work. Both have some serious explaining to do because both are in the wrong here.
