I have a feeling that Maise isn't really a Royal Adviser. I mean, I know that Yse manipulated the exam for Maise to pass but I never thought that he would manipulate the whole entirety of the job itself. And in my opinion that's a big no-no. Maise believed that she worked hard and gained fruits for working hard. But no. It's just Yse manipulating everything. Not cool.
