I think the Giyoon comes from a line of shamans most of the time those are who can truly see ghost. And think maybe he had a friend at one point in time who came from the same background. I think that friend may have died young due to an accidental drowning or something. And maybe just maybe he blames Giyoon for forgetting him and this is his way of getting back at him

I mean even with the rough translation it's not that hard to understand. I feel like the manager knows about the ghost already. And he is trying to confirm if what he saw in his dreams aka vision is true. I think he is doing this by gagging how Gijoon reacts to his touch and what not. Because you guys the ghost is having a sexual relationship with the same guy the manager is while pretending to be the manager.
