SAME. I prefer the slow build-up, and slow the tension between the characters. The feeling of will they or won't they and then finally we get the first kiss. I so done with "OH look, more smut" that never has plot and the only character development requires a redemption arc because the ML is SO toxic. I've dropped so many, like that. This one and Reunion hit the spot for me.

This story is not just slow, it's boring. Like the pace is terrible. I've read slow stories but you need to figure out what it's slow with while also progressing. Say ok, the romance will come later a few100 chapters down, but continue something. Oh my fucking gosh.
