Fucked. Tatsuyuki agreed to it and didn't really have to do it. Should've did what Asoda wanted of him instead of being too proud for it. He choose it and gave his consent. And even enjoyed it.
He agreed to it in that he was threatened. If a person puts a gun to my head and says "let me have sex with you" and I comply, that does not make it consensual. Rogi threatened Tatsuyuki.
As Lynz said, responding like that is an involuntary act. Doesn't mean you enjoyed it. If he had to think about another man in order to make it bearable, that is yet another point on why it is not consensual.

for those who have read the prequel, there is a unanimous understanding - though this might be debatable for some readers - that rogi is an asshole. there would be no point in changing the sentence since the original statement suggests that rogi is conniving and awful. still, what you said is a very valid point. for those who have not read the prequel, i can see why the sentence might be confusing. the point being, i like to acknowledge the commenters suggestions and correct the word from 'fucked' to 'raped.'
this is one of those really bizarre stories coated with sugar, spice, and everything nice.
