From what I can tell the extras are released seperately on social media to build hype for when another chapter drops. Because they are posted by the author at a seperate time they are posted seperatly and do not have any real story significance they are posed separately. The actual story occasionally has small time skips but I believe all the full chapters are there.
Oh sorry, no actually I found out just yesterday but the scanlator for this series has a website but they don't post it there. They post it on mangadex though
