honestly, i like how they're showing a more adult approach to their relationship and staying as friends. It's slow paced and it adds a maturity that's often hard to find in a good story. you can have a crush on your friend, and it can be just a crush at first, and being impatient will only ruin the precious friendship. Not wanting to risk the bond you currently have- is sooo real i feel them TwT They're both portrayed at such an age where it's rare to find such genuine friends or forge such pure bonds.
