main character acting fucking crazy like bro dont u know that if u keep mumbling to urself about a novel u'll be killed for being a witch or something... and the art is like it was made by a 6th grader....

10/10 but once it hit 100 it sorta got boring BUT AHHHHHHHH :( i love them all so much AAAAAHHHHHHHHHH im gonna miss em

Truly one of the best manhwa I have read hands down. The story goes at a steady pace (in my opinion) where questions are quickly answered. I'm completely satisfied with how the author executed this story, but it also makes my chest hurt with how much I'll miss it. Though it was a little weird how she was just simply the best surgeon there ever was, for some reason I was actually fine with that. Usually I hate Mary Sues, but I really like Elise. This is a definite worth-to-read, and I would do anything to go back and read it for the first time again.
