throw in miscommunication that leads to the male lead getting into a relationship with another guy that then causes another miscommunication and they NEVER JUST ASK THE OTHER WHAT'S GOING ON. i hate that.
Make the bottom have the smallest dick ever that it pratically looks like a clit and then make the top have his dick the size of his arm but still manages slide inside the bottom easily since apparently they can make makeshift lube from their asshole

He started cycling through the same things over and over again. Even though it was so long, there were still many loose ends and forgotten plot points. Super disappointing.
