teacher cheng was a child when the drama happened, he can't be behind that threat, I think it's from his familly but don't if it's from his father's side or mother's side (I wouldn't bet on the uncle, it must be someone else)

im thinking it is also someone else, but at the same time. The uncle definetly did something that he regrets a lot for the sake of teacher cheng earlier on, since he mentioned it a couple chapters ago. I'm not sure it is this, or maybe something to do with the band of people the bartender was friends with? Since he mentioned that if qingyu finds out the truth they will all be hated, so what exactly did the bar keep do that would make him be hated by qingyu? Well it is definetly very interesting development and somehow everyone is involved just don't yet know in which way! excited to find out! Though either way it will probably break my heart

well, the uncle and the bar guy are accomplices, they know what cheng is doing and they let him doing it and worse, they try to cover him

I hope its just that :/ it is definetly wrong already that they just let him do it and cover for him, i just hope they were not actively involved in for example the calls and the murder of qingyu mom... :/

They are part of it. That's why the bar guy is letting him drown his sorrows with alcohol and will not disclose the information about the woman. The uncle is not happy with the plan but will still go along with it to protect his nephew. I liked both of these characters but they are upsetting me now!

NANIIII!!! this is so f*up now. i think at least i would love uncle and the bar guy.. but they are just the same.. oh i wanna cry if they don't get any punishment. they should atone their sins to innocent people like Qingyu and his father. this is unfair!

Hw could he kill his lover’s dad. From wht i read, qingyu papa looks kind & soft. Is he idiot afraid of ghost?

I think it's something like : qingyu'mother seduced my father leading my mother to commit suicide, but she's dead too so I'm gonna destroy her familly instead like she destroyed mine (his father probably played the victim).
The mother's "ghost" represents all his suffering and his guilt for failing to prevent his mother from committing suicide, it "eats him from the inside".

Here few types of ppl.
1. Cheng’s dad (act like he’s a victim but he’s a real asshole)
2. Cheng (he think he’s suffering enough & put all fault to the qinyu’s mom, he’s blind by his mom grudge.
3.qingyu (a victim of chengs. a kind boy who always trying to be positive in any situation)
4.qingyu’s dad (a victim of all situation, a kind & good dad)

The different is these 2 father. Cheng raised by his uncle. Qingyu by his dad. You can see 2 type of personality. Cheng choose his path to be live in grudge eventho his uncle treat him kind. Qingyu was a carefree & happy boy bcoz his father gave him love & full attention.

Cheng hate the fact qingyu has a happy life & he has none. So he was eager to revenge him eventho going far to kill qingyu’s dad. This is the problem. He did worst thing as it wasn’t wrong at all. Its like “they deserve to die bcoz they make me suffer”- he chose to live that way & blame others of the consequence. About his mom, he’s old enough to think which is good or bad. He’s psychology lecturer after all but he is a psyco.

I’M not fan if takaba akihito. Coz idk how many times the seme came to save him. Unlike taemin, he can punch all the bastards alone even if he had to die. Azusa also can protect himself. I love strong uke who doesn’t need help. Looks cool tho

Wei Ying is from grandmaster of demonic cultivation (aka founder of diabolism) I don't think the manhua version of it is complete on mangago but the novel is except for some extras. If you end up liking it I suggest you read all of the author's works, they're all super good.

agree! i read the LN instead of manhua. all i can say is wei ying (wei wu xian) is the best uke. he is another level of uke. but i also want to give a credit for his husband lanzhan. i still feel hurt of lanzhan unrequited love. over 16years if i’m not mistaken. plus 10 years wei ying’s death (whopss spoiler). i re-read 3 times.

The anime made it looks like bromance but i have no complaints tho. The manhua is incomplete so i read the LN. Surprisingly, i was in love. Audio drama for extras made me blush. You know s** scene incense burner. Overall 10/10. Haven’t seen her other work. Would you recommend it?

Where did you find the audio dramas (more specifically, for the extras)? I really loved the author's "heaven official's blessing" but it only has 32 chapters and is updated every fortnight. :'( "The Scum Villain's Self-Saving System" is really popular (you've probably heard of it), and from the few chapters I've read it's pretty good.
