Why so many ppl hate sasya? Are we read the same story? Not to defend but Sasya was unstable to begin with. He asked karel why you love me? Karel said nothing but cuz' his beauty(?) karel made sasya depending on him which scares sasya (he thought if one day karel leaves him, he didn't know what to do. So he was soulless while living together). He was happy in that time but again he was mentally unstable. Overthinking can spoil happiness. He wasn't ungrateful brat. He didn't left their house on purpose. Again... He was mentally unstable. If he didn't find something to do, he will commit suicide because of depression. That's pretty sure. So he left house to pursue his dream while waiting karel released from the prison. He wanted to be someone worth for karel. But things go wrong. Julian sent news about Karel's death. Since then sasya addicted with opium and alcohol due to depression. His life was terrible enough. We saw how karel was badly injured during war but why cant we see how badly sasya's hurt mentally. He waited his lover to come but only deadly news? Not only that karel totally mistaken everything about sasya especially about the sponsorship. Sasya loved karel so he act like a leech even downgrade himself. Had to put up with karel and lady rambulet. You know she's the one who try to break them up now she married karel. How heartbreaking. Actually true xinlu also talk like a teenager like "who do u like" I mean grown ass man age of 25 talking like that made me lose interest in behaviour of xinlu , it was misunderstanding tay did everything too to protect xinlu from ilay since ilay type are actually pretty and delicate guys so tay never thought that ilay is much of a problem for him and ilay was interested in tay from the beginning so he took his own opportunity in this situation between xinlu and tay and outcome turn out tay become his.
