So for most of the manga it was established that he’s gay, and his relationship with his family was pretty much destroyed because of his sexuality and his interests in music BUT ALL OF A SUDDEN it’s like his struggle and everything he went through due to his sexuality kind of just disappeared?? Like the author decided to make him end up with his female teacher after all this time and it’s like okay so where is the representation of Mikasa’s struggles due to his sexuality go and how could he have possibly overcome his adversaries and be successful while being written as an established gay man from the start? Like is it just me BC THIS RUBBED ME THE WRONG WAY
