Uhm that's definitely not true. It's common sense to know where to hit if you know the human analogy, you hit arteries that cause the most blood loss. Also if you are trained in the right way with a gun for safety then it's totally fine. People who buy guns from the state legally have to take tests to make sure they know about gun safety. Most cases on social media that are shootings, the person usually gets it illegally.

Well in general i feel that this kind of situation is unfair especially cuz they don't explain why it's happening like that.
