Yea.. I have insomnia and it really hurts being awake sometimes. I can usually only sleep when I'm dead tired so I "go to bed" around 11 to prepare myself for sleep. This includes listening to calming music and or podcasts. I try to stay off electronics so I might pick up a book. Sometimes I can sleep around 1 for an hour, but 3 is about the time I......   reply
