I'm pretty sure the last line, "I actually feel better than expected," is Yohan's voice.
So if you read it all together, it would say, "Let's say I get that doll within five tries, then I have a chance. A nonsensical hope like that...I actually feel better than expected."
I have a hunch that the translation is slightly off and should be: "I actually feel better [about it] than expected" or "I actually feel [it is] better than expected."
There are a few cues that the last line is Yohan's voice. First, the "..." after "A nonsensical hope like that." An ellipsis usually means his thought is going to continue. Second, the entire chapter is Yohan's thoughts. It doesn't make sense to switch it to Moogyeong for the last line. Third, the word "actually" makes the last sentence sound as if it is a continuation of another thought [the one Yohan was having about his chances earlier].
I think Moogyeong said "I actually feel better than expected" because junseo words don't affect him anymore(? at this point i think he likes Johan

I not sure whether Otohiko died unexpectedly, or if it's hinted that he committed suicide. It's incredibly tragic either way because on the one hand he had been holding out hope for recociling with Diago, and on the other, he'd finally given up.

I think you've done an excellent job cleaning and translating this manga, and I hope you continue doing it for other manga. At points the language was awkward, but the plot elements were always clear, as were the personalities of the character (which I'd say are most important things).
There really aren't that many manga that portray sex as this fun, playful thing. Really refreshing to see that.
On a side note, I would LOVE a serious manga that threw a polyamory curveball.
It's honestly kind of sad.... Alex just seems bored and sexually frustrated now that DG is out of the picture. It shows that Alex barely has any romantic feelings for DG...

There should be more BL where you don't know who the MC will end up with in the end. It's makes the plot a lot less cliche.

In a weird way, I feel like Hakdo is trying to comfort Sangho, and since the two are sex friends, the only thing he can really come up with is that last line.
