I personally do wish Jenette gets the parental love she needs to grow as a person but at the same time, I don't want her to find that in Claude. One reason is that it's already an unhealthy dynamic with both Claude and Athy already. Without his memories and the curse, Claude has essentially become a doll for Jenette to play with, because he essentially has no choice but to be near Jenette. His development as a parental figure to Jenette was never natural both in the previous storyline and current storyline as well. Plus from Claude's point of view he doesn't view Jenette as a daughter figure even with his memory gone, he views her as a means to his headache as seen both in the previous and current storyline. When he does break from this curse, this relationship would be traumatic to Claude and hurtful to Jenette, who truly believed Claude was her father. The only one I see becoming a parental figure to Jenette is Claude's brother, even though he is problematic. We do see him gaining more of parental love for Jenette little by little and unwittingly care for the happiness of Jenette. I do hope he has a redemption arc and/or Jenette learning to become more mature from her father immaturity. :)
His eyebrows may no longer be thicc legends butt they have become THINN legends (▰˘◡˘▰)
