That manhwa is part of the Anthology. Someone just posted it as a different one. The title to Vol. 7 is "Clinical Matters of the Heart" or as the translators (Random Fujoshi Scans) translated "Clinical Matters."

I stopped reading that because the mc pissed me off so bad. He literally copies other people’s work *ahem ahem plagiarism* and feels no guilt for it. He also buys products that his social media idol has to copy him I.e. being his copycat. And he copies his artwork. Don’t read it, seriously. I mean you can, but it’ll probably make you so annoyed.
